Industrial Maintenance Manager
The Maintenance Manager will direct all maintenance and utility activities to ensure maximum operational potential. This includes all functions in the areas of Maintenance Business Management, Maintenance Materials Inventory, Manufacturing Process Reliability and Equipment Reliability, e.g. departmental budgets, computerized maintenance management systems.
Responsibilities:
· Directs and coordinates activities of workers engaged in repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment, and in maintenance of buildings grounds, and utility systems of the plant.
· Reviews job orders to determine work priorities. Schedules repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment to ensure continuous production operations.
· Coordinates activities of workers fabricating or modifying machines, tools, or equipment to manufacture new products or improve existing systems.
· Directs maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous supply of heat, steam, electric power, gas, or air required for operations.
· Develops preventive maintenance program in conjunction with engineering and maintenance staff.
· Reviews production, quality control, and maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify maintenance activities.
· Inspects operating machines and equipment for conformance with operational standards.
· Requisitions tools, equipment, and supplies require for operation.
· Confers with management, engineering, and quality control personnel to resolve maintenance problems and recommend measures to improve operations and conditions of machines and equipment.
· Establish and control annual departmental budget.
· Perform performance appraisals.
· All other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
· Working knowledge of local building codes, standards, and OSHA requirements preferred
· Four-year college degree and 5+ years of maintenance management or equivalent working experience required
· 10+ years of Maintenance experience in a fast paced manufacturing facility required
· Excellent teamwork and communication skills
· Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
· Possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
· Experience negotiating, planning, and budgeting
· Excellent Electrical and/or Mechanical Troubleshooting and Problem-solving aptitude
INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Pay Wage: $21.00 -$29.00 / hour depending on experience plus $1.00 shift premium for 2nd shift
Schedule: 2nd shift available
*Must have flexible schedule. Daily overtime may be required.
Maintenance Technician Responsibilities
- Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.
- Repair faulty equipment units and damaged structures.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance procedures.
- Preform repairs on all production and facility equipment. Electrical, Mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
- Plan and schedule repairs.
- Conduct periodic quality checks on equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
- Perform general maintenance on building and grounds.
- Help develop and implement the budget for the maintenance department.
- Maintain the inventory records for equipment and supplies.
Director of Purchasing
As the Director of Contract Management and Procurement Operations, you will understand, develop, maintain, manage, and control all facets of contract formation, negotiation and administration of both future and ongoing contracts with reference to suppliers, vendors, and service providers. This position will provide technical guidance and oversight of the procurement functions to all levels of staff and management, as well as support the entire procurement life-cycle for all purchased goods and services. You will apply professional purchasing standards and organizational objectives to complete complex procurement and contracting assignments.
