Seat Assembly / Production

$14.50/hr. (starting)

Great position for those with a strong work record and previous assembly experience. Candidates will work on a fast-paced, just-in-time manufacturing line and must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be available to work any shift, plus overtime. Starting pay is $14.50 an hour, increasing to $14.95 an hour upon successful completion of an introductory period.

Material Handler / Forklift

An exceptional entry-level position in our Materials Department. Responsibilities include shipping, receiving, storing incoming materials, inventory, forklift operations and other duties. Production Line / Materials Supervisor

Great entry-level position as a first-line supervisor in a fast-paced, JIT environment. Responsibilities include: supervising; placing manpower; training; production reporting; maintaining team harmony; performance reviews; disciplinary actions; and other duties. Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Two to four years of supervisory education/ experience required. Supervisory experience in a manufacturing, environment and PC knowledge is preferred. Working with urethane foam and a welding background are plusses. Must be available to work any shift.

Quality Assurance

Entry-level position with outstanding growth potential. Candidates must have the ability to understand and apply quality-control standards, while possessing knowledge of blueprints, measuring instruments and welding. Good written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills are critical.

Responsibilities include: QC inspections, checks and tests during the manufacture of products; inspection of materials, parts and product at different stages of production; receiving and inspection of incoming parts; records review; process auditing per the documented QC control plan, followed by audit-results reporting and the recommendation and evaluation of corrective actions. Will also assist manufacturing when applicable and appropriate.

Industrial Maintenance

Wages based on skills

Qualified candidates should have one to two years of industrial mechanical and/or electrical experience in a fast-paced assembly environment. PLC experience with Omron, Allen-Bradley or Siemens controls is a plus. Knowledge and experience with urethane-foam molding equipment and robotic welding are also plusses. Responsibilities will include repair and installation of electrical controls and pneumatic systems, as well as troubleshooting and machine repair. A working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is desired. Candidates must be able to work any shift and willing to work in a team environment with a sense of urgency and a willingness to learn.
